Beginning Spinning

Learn to spin on a drop spindle and move on to a wheel if you own one. Be introduced to picking out wool and how to prepare the fiber for spinning. This one, two or three day workshop can vary depending on the amount of time. Small classes get more one-on-one training - maximum 10 students per class. The longer workshops can have surveys of other fibers besides wool, and discussions on the structure of yarn.
