Handspindles are portable tools that allow for the production of thread. It can be carried in a purse, back pack, or stuck in a belt loop. Historically, handspindles, or drop spindles, were made of different materials depending on what was available around those who used them. Ours are generally made of wood, but check our offerings regularly, we may offer special editions of our favorite spindles.
